ANXIETY

ISOLATION

LONELINESS

DEPRESSION

SUICIDE

Since 2014, Darren Cook has traveled the country, mostly by motorcycle and 4WD, accessing remote and regional areas to speak about mental illness and suicide prevention.

Real and relatable conversations, bridging the gaps between those in need and service providers that can help.

Darren brings a man's voice to Australian suicide prevention and continues to challenge the stereotypes and stigma that can prevent seeking help before a crisis occurs.

His intentional, meaningful and resourceful 'speak up - it's ok to talk' campaign, draws on experience from working in various community roles and his own lived experience of a suicide attempt in 2013.

Darren is renowned for his ability to change how we think about mental illness.

An inspiring story that leaves little doubt, that together, we can prevent suicide.

Darren is available to speak at community events, fundraisers, wellness groups and workplaces.

You can contact him directly or join the RideToStopSuicide and show your support.
